A lightning strike yesterday morning at a home on Meadows Road in Davisville, just off Highway 97, did not cause any injuries and no major damage. The strike damaged a fan motor in the home’s heating and cooling system and the Walnut Hill Station of Escambia Fire Rescue and the Atmore Fire Department responded to the incident.
