A sting operation at a Bay County massage parlor has resulted in several arrests for prostitution. The Bay County Sheriff’s Office conducted the operation at the Aquarius Day Spa in Panama City Beach, after receiving reports the masseuses were providing sexual acts for money. Four people were arrested. 25-year-old Haley Wheeler, and 31-year-old Bridgett Chitic, were charged with prostitution. Two other were charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
