REST STOP DISTURBANCE ARREST

A Washington man was arrested after he threatened to kill people at a rest stop. Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s deputies and state troopers were dispatched to the rest area at mile marker 30 after witnesses said 40-year-old Ronald Lynch was acting in a threatening manner and yelling that he would start killing people with a weapon. Troopers stopped  Lynch’s car as he was leaving the rest area and took him into custody. He’s been charged with aggravated assault with a weapon and is being held at the Santa Rosa County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
