The travel site Trip Advisor, has named Pensacola Beach to its list of Top Five U.S. Beaches. Florida’s Clearwater Beach topped the list, Ka’anapali (“Kon-A-Polly”) Beach in Lahaina, Hawaii, came in second, Panama City Beach was third, Saint Petersburg Beach was fourth and Pensacola Beach fifth. The award was based on the quantity and quality of traveler reviews and ratings for beaches gathered over 12 months.
