Milton Police say a Santa Rosa County deputy driving an unmarked car was injured in a traffic crash on Caroline Street in Milton yesterday afternoon. It happened just east of Glover Lane, just before 4:00 p.m. The deputy was transported to a hospital, but no further details as to the extent of his injuries or the cause of the crash have been released.
