The death of an Alabama woman who fell from a fourth-floor hotel balcony on Okaloosa Island back on August 25th, has been ruled accidental. Jonathan Hurd, who said he was the husband of Allie Cooper, told deputies she was very intoxicated and they had been arguing. He said she went out on the balcony only partially dressed, but he went back into the room to take a phone call. He said he heard Cooper scream, but when he got to the balcony, she was gone. A witness said he saw Cooper put her leg over the balcony railing, then lose her footing. She grabbed the railing but was not able to hold on and fell.
