A gym owner in South Florida has been arrested for failing to enforce Broward County’s mask mandate. He was told to close the gym when it was reported that customers were not made to wear masks and when he refused, he was arrested. He says he was just giving patrons the option of wearing a mask while working out and said requiring masks is wrong. He previously filed a lawsuit against county leaders over the mask mandate.
