Just a week after jury trials in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties resumed after a seven-month pause because of the coronavirus pandemic, they have again been delayed again because of an increase in COVID-19 cases. Chief Judge John Miller told the Pensacola News Journal that trials will be suspended for at least two weeks. Santa Rosa County jury trials also were suspended.
