The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says a naked 52-year-old man was rescued after going off the Shalimar Bridge. A deputy spotted a nude man walking across the bridge shortly before 2 a.m., climb onto a rail and hang by his hands before releasing his grip and falling into Garnier Bayou. The Niceville Fire Department Marine Unit rescued the man from under the Bridge where he was found unharmed, lying between the pilings. The man said he had no recollection of the incident.
