The University of West Florida has received a 6-million-dollar grant to establish a program to help military veterans and first responders begin careers in cybersecurity. The two-year program will focus on training veterans and first responders at no cost to those that are selected. The program is expected to kick off in the spring of 2021 and the goal is to train 615 students over a two-year period.
