Santa Rosa County Sheriff Bob Johnson said a girl was found living with a 21-year-old registered sex offender in Navarre two weeks after she ran away from her Escambia County home. The Sheriff said a tip was received that a runaway girl from Escambia County was living at a residence at 6605 Bluefish Drive in Navarre. James Dibble was arrested Friday, charged with first-degree sexual battery of a minor between the ages of 12 and 18 and sheltering an unmarried minor without notifying her parents or law enforcement. Dibble was already on probation for  traveling to have sex with a minor.
