The Florida Department of Health says the state added 6,586 new COVID-19 cases yesterday, which brings the state’s total to 938,414. There were also 62 new deaths bringing the state’s death toll to 18,214.

Escambia County had 143 new cases

Santa Rosa County had 53 new cases

Okaloosa County had 48 new cases

Walton County had 34 new cases

There were no new deaths reported in Northwest Florida
