PENSACOLA POLICE OFFICER CLEARED IN SHOOTING

The State Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday that no criminal charges will be filed against a Pensacola Police officer involved in a non-fatal shooting earlier this year. 24-year-old Ke’vontarious Wilson. Henderson was shot by Officer Caleb Henderson on September 18th outside a house on West Intendencia Street after a report of an armed disturbance. Wilson pointed a firearm at another man, and was shot, but survived the shooting and was later charged with attempted first-degree premeditated murder with a firearm.
