BLUE ANGELS LICENSE PLATE

The Naval Aviation Museum Foundation announced that most of the required vouchers have been purchased to allow the Blue Angels license plates to go into production. The Florida Department of Motor Vehicles requires 3,000 vouchers at $30.00 each be sold before the plate is allowed to be produced. The vouchers are redeemable for the plate once the sale requirement has been met and the plates are in production. As of December 18th, the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation was 179 vouchers away from getting the Blue Angels license plate into production. The museum foundation is also offering numbered commemorative challenge coins to the first 3,000 Floridians who purchase a voucher. The vouchers may be purchased online by going to the Escambia County Tax Collector website.
