Federal authorities have confirmed the headquarters of U.S. Space Command will be located in Alabama, at Huntsville’s Redstone Arsenal. The US Air Force make an official announcement yesterday. Alabama Governor Kay Ivy and Alabama U.S. Senator Richard Shelby both said they were pleased with the decision.
