The Florida department of Health says the State added 6,979 new COVID cases yesterday, bringing the state’s total to 1,744,619 cases.  203 new deaths were recorded bringing the state’s death toll to 27,742.

Escambia County had 215 new cases and 2 new deaths

Santa Rosa County had 108 new cases and 2 new deaths

Okaloosa County had 164 new cases and 2 new deaths

Walton County had 69 new cases and 1 new death
