The Florida Department of Health says Florida added 7,711 new COVID-19 cases Thursday, bringing the state’s total to 1,752,330. There were also 226 new deaths bringing the state’s death toll to 27,698.

Escambia County had 169 new cases and 3 new deaths

Santa Rosa County had 84 new cases

Okaloosa County had 140 new cases and 4 new deaths

Walton County had 47 new cases
