The Florida Highway Patrol says four people were killed in a head-on collision yesterday morning on Highway 388 in Panama City when a sedan struck a pick-up truck. Troopers said three of the four victims died at the scene and the fourth died at the hospital. The victims were a 51-year-old woman, a 68-year-old woman, a 48-year-old man and a 52-year-old man. The driver of the truck a 27-year-old man, suffered minor injuries.
