The Bay County Sheriff’s Office says a 50-year-old man has been arrested for his involvement in a Jamaican lottery scam. The Logan County, Kentucky Sheriff’s Department told Bay County Investigators that a man in their county reported he had sent $10,000 in cash to Garinton Moore at a Panama City Beach address to pay “taxes” and receive his Jamaican lottery winnings. Investigators recovered the $10,000 and Moore was arrested.
