Fort Walton’s Finance Director Julio LaCayo has been placed on five days of unpaid administrative leave after he was arrested in Walton County on a charge of DUI. He has also been ordered to enroll in a 180-day performance improvement plan that entails completing all court-mandated activities related to the arrest and finishing a city-mandated employee assistance program.
