The Pensacola City Council will vote tonight on whether to approve a gun buy-back program. Councilman Delarian Wiggins who proposed the program says the city would pay anywhere between $125 to $200 for a functioning firearm, no questions asked, in order to take guns off the street. People selling guns will not have to give their name and if a gun has been reported stolen, attempts will be made to return it to the owner. The gun buy-back will happen at Bill Gregory Park next month.
