The Northwest Florida Daily News is reporting that five employees at the Walton County Sheriff’s Office have been fired because of their involvement in a sex scandal. Communications Officer Mikaylah Coone, Sergeant Justin Tisdale, Investigator Aaron Ethridge and deputies Austin Bailey and Matt Williams were all terminated on January 24th. Tisdale, Bailey and Williams all had extra-marital affairs with Coone. Ethridge, who was dating Coone, was fired for threatening two fellow employees. Sheriff Michael Adkinson said all the cases included violating agency rules and orders, and conduct unbecoming a public employee.
