State Attorney Bill Eddins says an Escambia County Grand Jury has indicted three men on charges of first-degree murder and burglary with battery. On Valentine’s Day Escambia County Sheriff’s deputies found Willie Wilson Jr. severely beaten at his residence off Spink Lane. Wilson died from his injuries, but was able to tell deputies he had been attacked. Charged in the case are Jesse Square, Leroy Benjamin, Jr. and Cordarin Simmons. Benjamin is set to appear in court March 21st for an arraignment. Square and Simmons are awaiting extradition back to Florida.
