The Florida Department of Health says Florida recorded 3,838 new COVID-19 cases yesterday to increase the state’s total to 579,932. The state also added 219 new deaths to bring the total to 9,893.

Escambia County had 88 new cases and 7 new deaths

Santa Rosa County 27 new cases and 3 new deaths

Okaloosa County had 31 new cases and 13 new deaths

Walton County had 15 new cases and no new deaths
