Florida Panhandle residents who have uninsured losses resulting from Hurricane Sally have until December 1st to register with FEMA for disaster assistance. So far more than 94 million dollars has been approved in federal grants, loans and flood insurance payments. FEMA has approved 19.2 million dollars to 4,554 individuals and households, the U.S. Small Business Administration has approved almost 26 million dollars in disaster loans and National Flood Insurance Program has paid almost 50 million dollars.
