The Florida Department of Health says the state added 5,730 new COVID-19 cases yesterday bringing the state’s total to 1,727,107 cases. There were also 214 new deaths increasing the state’s death toll to 27,129                                                                                                                                                                    Escambia County had 87 new cases                                                                                                                                                                                            Santa Rosa County had 27 new cases                                                                                                                                                                                            Okaloosa County had 23 new cases                                                                                                                                                                                           Walton County had 5 new cases
