The Florida Division of Elections says more than 28% of Florida voters cast ballots in yesterday’s primary election, the biggest voter turnout in 18 years. A 10-year-old girl found a rare shell at St. Andrews State Park last week. Susie McElheny found the junonia shell about a foot beneath the sand. The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office said one of their deputies has died, although the cause of death has not been released. Charles Pugh II, had been employed by the SRSO for five years and worked as a deputy in the agency’s Detention Division. He was also an active member of the Sheriff’s Honor Guard.…… MORE
